Markay Dog Training has been training dogs and their owners since 1984. We offer dog training programs in many locations in and around the Chicago and the Fox River Valley including Northbrook, Glenview, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Evanston, Wilmette, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Elburn and Maple Park. Our dog training programs include Private In-Home Lessons, Group Lessons, Board and Train Programs and a unique Location Group Training Program.
Owner and Head Trainer Elizabeth Georgiou has been training dogs since 1990 and has been a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers since 1995. She has shown dogs professionally in both obedience and Confirmation Trials. She is recommended by many of the veterinarians in the Chicago area and on the North Shore of Chicago.
Our philosophy is that training is part of a successful and rewarding relationship between dogs and their families. Firm leadership and positive rewards are the methods employed by Markay Dog Training. Elizabeth works together with owners to solve behavioral problems, instruct basic and advanced obedience training and also help the shelter or rescue dog become adjust to their new homes. | |
